In this video, a Buteyko Breathing Center student shares his experience from being completely breathless while trying to do simple tasks like reading to his children, to then relying on an inhaler to function and still feeling ill! Feeling stuck, he embarked on the\u00a0Breathing Normalization Training. Now after completing Level 2 with Advanced Buteyko Specialist,\u00a0Dr. Jesse Steinberg, he has broken free to another level, living without anxiety, stress, unhealthy breathing and without an inhaler!<br>Now, he runs three miles a day, meditates, plays in snow, goes to a sauna, and enjoys it. He is able to do all of this without medication or breathing difficulties. The Buteyko Breathing Method showed him a clear path to reliable health.
