I was grieving over the loss of my parents, also my wife was suffering from cancer. So, I was challenged by life and realized I need to change something. One night I woke up breathing through my mouth, my heart was racing, and I started searching for a solution. I found a book about the Buteyko method and exercises and reading it, I realized that something was wrong with my breathing and I needed to switch to nose breathing. This is why I decided to learn Buteyko.   As a result of these circumstances, I experienced a high level of <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/the-correlation-between-stress-and-breathing\/\">stress<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/stress-anxiety-panic-attacks-buteyko-breathing\/\">anxiety<\/a>, and fatigue. Before this six-month period, I lived a normal life, though I had <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/allergies-how-to-reduce-allergens-you-inhale\/\">allergies<\/a>; however, they were considered kind of normal. At a certain point, I realized that I was not even able to walk outside breathing through my nose; I was breathing through my mouth. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was not able to improve my breathing considerably by reading the books about the Buteyko method, and this is why I decided to work individually with a <a href=\"\/what-is-buteyko-breathing-method\/\">Buteyko practitioner.<\/a> It has been one year since I began the Buteyko Breathing Normalization training with <a href=\"\/testimonials\/asthma-free-and-free-of-medication-after-taking-the-breathing-normalization-course\/\">Sasha<\/a>, and I feel that I am still learning the method. When I started this online course, <strong>my <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/testimonials\/buteyko-breathing-test-leads-to-improvement-in-overall-health\/\">Control Pause<\/a> was low and today it is above sixty seconds in the morning.
