I have more energy now when before I had been taking naps often. I also <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/buteyko-breathing-and-sleep-apnea\/\">sleep better<\/a>, and my husband said that I stopped <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/snoring-and-sleep-apnea-natural-solution-buteyko\/\">snoring<\/a>. Buteyko is helping me tremendously! I went to the doctor yesterday and she said to reduce intake of the two types of medication I have been taking for my low thyroid function. I am sure that as I continue practicing the Buteyko method, I will be completely off medication.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the beginning of the course, it felt as I had a lot of homework to do because I needed to do a lot of Buteyko breathing exercises, but now I see it as a way that pays off at the end and also while you are doing them. I like the way how I was communicating with<a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/fred-brown-buteyko-breathing-specialist\/\"> Fred Brown<\/a>, my Buteyko instructor, by sending emails daily with updates on my progress. I also enjoyed my online sessions with him. Reading <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Breathe-Heal-Buteyko-Breathing-Normalization\/dp\/1537126601\/ref=sr_1_2?crid=23NDW5VM151H7&amp;keywords=breathe+to+heal&amp;qid=1641251727&amp;sprefix=breathe+to+heal%2Caps%2C168&amp;sr=8-2\">Breathe To Heal boo<\/a>k helped me but during the course, you start with easy breathing exercises and then you build up your Buteyko practice &#8211; this way it is not overwhelming. And this made me feel like I would be able to complete the Buteyko program successfully.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think anybody who has any problems with snoring, <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/buteyko-breathing-and-sleep-apnea\/\">sleep apnea<\/a>, or any other health issue can be helped by the Buteyko method. If you do Buteyko breathing exercises, you will see the results.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My snoring and sleep apnea are almost gone. This is the main benefit I received.
