I first learned about Sasha’s work<\/a> as a Certified Advanced Buteyko Breathing Specialist from some friends of mine who are from Amsterdam, Holland. It came up in a conversation about how their daughter had been able to stop using an inhaler (a common recommendation for treating asthma<\/a>) by focusing on the Buteyko therapy that Sasha offers.<\/p>\n

My experience in learning about Buteyko Breathing Method<\/a>\u00a0has been life changing in many ways. It began by being conscious about my breath and how it impacts every area of my life. I have had some challenges such as sleep apnea<\/strong><\/a> and carrying excessive body weight. As Sasha pointed out that over-eaters are over-breathers, it has awakened me to be effortlessly conscious of my breath throughout the day and even as I doze off to sleep at night<\/a>. I have learned how excessive breathing<\/a> through my open mouth is, and has been, harmful to my wellbeing.<\/p>\n

I have found working with Sasha to be a blessing in many ways. For me it was money well spent because of the on-going benefits that I am experiencing. Since I began this process, I have been able to let go of about six pounds per month of extra body weight with ease.<\/strong> I have increased my stamina, and have a significantly improved sense of well-being.<\/p>\n
