Now, I am feeling much better because I can manage <a href=\"\/tame-asthma-naturally-with-buteyko-with-sasha-yakovleva\/\">wheezing<\/a> and other <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/how-to-survive-an-asthma-attack-naturally\/\">asthma attacks<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/breathing-exercises-to-relieve-stress\/\">stress<\/a> without medication. I can manage to control my breathing, calm myself down and prevent more serious breathing problems. The <a href=\"\/testimonials\/a-psychiatrist-s-view-on-asthma-and-buteyko-breathing\/\">Buteyko Breathing Normalization training<\/a> with <a href=\"\/testimonials\/asthma-free-and-free-of-medication-after-taking-the-breathing-normalization-course\/\">Sasha Yakovleva<\/a> helped a lot; it allowed me to pay more attention to whether I am breathing through my nose or my mouth. <br>Since the beginning of this Buteyko course, I have not been sick, I did not catch any <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/cold-and-flu\/\">cold<\/a>. I am also able to <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/how-to-turn-workouts-into-health-improvement-tools\/\">exercise<\/a> now &#8211; I was not able to do it before. And this is a big change! It has helped! It also improved my outlook! <br><br>Before, it was very difficult for me to even <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/how-to-breathe-properly-when-going-up-or-down-stairs\/\">walk up the stairs<\/a>, and now I can do it, especially if I am paying attention to my breathing. I am also able to do thirty minutes on the elliptical machine every day when before the Buteyko Breathing Normalization course, I would not be able to do it at all!  We began with slow <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/walking-for-wellness\/\">walking<\/a> &#8211; at the beginning of the program, this was the only exercise I could do. I am much more mobile now. Before, if I would just move around the room or do something ordinary, I would have breathing trouble, I would wheeze pretty much constantly. Before, it was not a day without serious wheezing. Now, if I <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/wheezing-the-buteyko-method\/\">wheeze,<\/a> it is only momentary, so I hardly even notice this. So, my life changed for the better! I am definitely feeling better! <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In previous years, I was dependent on my breathing equipment &#8211; oxygen machine and other types. Now, I feel freer to go places and visit people without all this breathing equipment for asthma and COPD. Buteyko practices, chanting a mantra, and doing breathing exercises helped me to improve my mental outlook and my physical capacity too.
