Hello,
\n<\/span>I just wanted to touch base with you. Julia has had an amazing spring, summer & fall. She has probably been the healthiest of our 5 children. She continues to breathe through her nose…even while playing sports. She focuses on relaxation exercises and breath holds when she is either stressed <\/span>or beginning to feel a cold coming on. She has not been down and out sick, nor has she missed a single day of school because of sicknesses. No rescue inhalers or daily asthma medications since Beginning Buteyko. Life is good. We are so happy to have our Julia back. She is a healthy, energetic, happy girl. Thank you. Thank you and thank you.<\/p>\n
