It&#8217;s now been nearly a year since my son and I learned the <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/the-buteyko-method-addressing-the-medical-community\/\">Buteyko Breathing Method<\/a>. <strong>He is now off all medications and is the fastest runner on his high school cross country team.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am no longer worrying about the long term effects and cost of the medications he was taking.
