What attracted me to what Buteyko Breathing Center teaches was its approach to\u00a0hyperventilation<\/a>,\u00a0asthma<\/a>, breathing difficulties,\u00a0anxiety<\/a>\u00a0and more<\/a>, which will allow you to heal your symptoms and therefore, reduce or remove the need for the use of drugs. This well-run organization provided much more than I imagined. The Buteyko Specialists<\/a> kept in daily contact with me, encouraging me to apply what I had been taught in the Buteyko Breathing Normalization course.\u00a0“Breathe like a little mouse” was the key, this was all new to me.<\/p>\n

The skilled\u00a0BREATHINGCENTER.COM<\/a> staff who formally represent CLINICA BUTEYKO<\/a> in Moscow and who properly teach the work of\u00a0K.P. Buteyko<\/a> , M.D.,\u00a0gave me the kind of one-on-one, personal attention unheard of these days. They also gave me access to\u00a0other teachers who had benefitted from Buteyko method and breathing exercises<\/a> while I was working with their staff. It was very helpful to talk with those who had become drug free from implementing the work of Dr. Buteyko. Also, something most helpful to me was the emphasis of getting back in the gym on a daily basis. The “Breathing in Motion” course has helped me tremendously. After completing the individual main course, which is a pre-requisite, I was able to enroll in this graduate level course in exercise and movement and I love it. I went from a couch potato (car” potato, I head a sales staff and drive all over the mid-Atlantic area each day) to what Thomas<\/a> cutely calls “a gym rat”. I start each day in the gym now and do my other breathing exercises while on the road. I feel the best I have ever felt in my life and my life-hampering symptoms and need for drugs are gone.<\/strong> Everyone comments on how good I look -including my wife \ud83d\ude42<\/strong> This is a well-thought-out exercise regimen that helped so much to normalize my breathing.<\/p>\n

The certified staff also provide online Skype sessions that are most valuable for learning and getting all your questions answered and your application “fine-tuned “. Buteyko has changed my life! What a blessing I saw the NY Times article on Buteyko and asthma online earlier this year. This method, entirely free of drugs, is so natural, and it works. I haven’t felt so good in a long time. The drugs were only making it worse. I was told by my Pulmonary Specialist that I would be on Advair the rest of my life.
