That&#8217;s the first word that comes to mind when reflecting on the dynamic changes that the Buteyko Breathing Center, and <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/sasha-yakovleva-advanced-buteyko-breathing-practitioner\/\">Sasha Yakovleva<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/thomas-fredricksen-advanced-buteyko-practitioner\/\">Thomas Fredricksen<\/a> have brought me.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/testimonials\/asthma-improved-2-3-weeks-after-natural-breathing-treatment\/\">Asthma<\/a> plagued me when I was younger but it seemed to go away. I thought it was gone for good, until it relentlessly returned without mercy in my early 20s. <strong>I thought I&#8217;d never be able to play my saxophone again<\/strong> when an <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/how-to-survive-an-asthma-attack-naturally\/\">asthma attack<\/a> hit me hours before an important performance. Attending college for music and not being able to play any wind instruments all of a sudden was obviously a huge problem. Not to mention living day to day depending on steroids had frightening side effects. My heart would race, my breathing would increase and I often felt scared nearly to death. I often had to go to the nearest hospital&#8217;s Emergency Room just to bring temporary relief. I was extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to attend a workshop at the Breathing Center. That wonderful two day experience exposed me to what Buteyko himself called <em>Breathing Normalization<\/em> in a comfortable group setting, while still getting my questions answered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I then realized that their <a href=\"https:\/\/buteykobreathingcenter.com\/products\/breathing-normalization-training-level-1\">Buteyko Breathing Normalization course<\/a>, which is a one-on-one experience with amazing daily support and follow-up, was extremely worth the tuition<\/strong>. <strong>I applied what I was taught daily and progressed rapidly to a full recovery.<\/strong> I can&#8217;t say enough about how much my life has changed for the better thanks to Sasha, Thomas, and the Breathing Center. I have even decided to continue my education and learn how to teach the amazing discoveries of <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/dr-buteyko\/\">Dr. Konstantin Buteyko<\/a> so that I can help others find the freedom that has changed my Life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This experience has taken me from being an Invalid to near perfect health and I continue to get even healthier.<\/strong> My entire body has improved!
