Before I began this breathing method I was living on a rescue inhaler for <a href=\"\/dr-buteykos-biggest-mistake\/\">asthma<\/a>. I had no choice because my stomach would not tolerate the steroids I was prescribed. A shot of the inhaler would take away my asthma symptoms for a few hours until I needed more. Each time I would think about the negative long-term effects the medication would have on my health, I remember the most frequent side effect was blurred side vision which would result in migraine headaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With each Buteyko method session, I listened and learned to all that <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/sasha-yakovleva-advanced-buteyko-breathing-practitioner\/\">Sasha<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/thomas-fredricksen-advanced-buteyko-practitioner\/\">Thomas<\/a> had taught me. My mind was like a sponge absorbing each and every word. I quickly realized that this was not a quick fix but a lifelong education where I was given the tools to heal my body naturally without drugs. It was now my responsibility to insert this education into my daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the beginning, I had to make time in my day to fit in formal breathing exercises. I kept in mind that my health was more important than anything else. Having good discipline paid off quickly as <strong>I was feeling much better within the first week.<\/strong> <strong>This gave me more motivation each day as I needed my rescue inhaler less and less.<\/strong> I was on the road to success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve learned to reduce my breathing naturally without really thinking about it throughout the day. <strong>Stress and anxiety no longer have the negative effects on my breathing as they used to.<\/strong> More exercise and a better <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/breathe-less-eat-less-how-breathing-problems-affect-diet\/\">diet<\/a> have also helped me feel better in many ways. I <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/sleeping-tape-and-other-tools-to-maintain-nose-breathing\/\">sleep<\/a> less but feel much more rested in the morning and have more energy throughout the day. I recover from intense exercise or a day of yard work very quickly and <strong>do not wake up with body aches<\/strong> in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This experience has motivated me to become a <a href=\"\/what-is-buteyko-breathing-method\/\">Buteyko method specialist<\/a>. I want to share my experience and have the opportunity to educate others with <a href=\"\/dr-buteykos-biggest-mistake\/\">asthma<\/a> who are suffering as I did for forty years. I know you can achieve the same success that I have.
