It has not only relieved me from my <a href=\"\/dr-buteykos-biggest-mistake\/\">asthma<\/a> symptoms but also enabled me to do many other things including playing field hockey this past fall. And, in the spring, I plan to play lacrosse. I first heard about the Buteyko method when both my uncle and grandma sent us the <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/ny-times-natural-asthma-treatment\/\">article about this breathing treatment from the New York Times<\/a>. We bought the CD and tried doing at least one exercise once a day. We weren&#8217;t able to make real progress however and when my asthma became very bad over the summer we finally decided to fully apply ourselves to it by taking a course at the Buteyko Breathing Center with <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/sasha-yakovleva-advanced-buteyko-breathing-practitioner\/\">Sasha Yakovleva<\/a>, Advanced Buteyko Specialist.<\/p>\n<p>When I went to my first session I had a <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/buteyko-breathing-test\/\">Control Pause<\/a> of 7 seconds and was having <a href=\"https:\/\/donation.jovial-noether.94-136-184-62.plesk.page\/dr-buteyko-s-natural-solution-for-asthma\/\">asthma<\/a> regularly. I had been taking albuterol for my asthma since sixth grade. <strong>Since finishing the course with Sasha , I very rarely have any breathing problems, and the two times I have I was able to relieve them without my inhaler, and have not taken any medication for four months.<\/strong> My control pause is now 25 seconds. This year I joined my school&#8217;s field hockey team and I had no trouble with my asthma for the entire season.
