This retreat was a wonderful way to re-engage in the Buteyko method and to take a break from the routines of daily life! The daily breathing and movement practices in a beautiful, sacred space were rich with learning and discovery. Sasha’s daily teaching of the method itself grounded the learning in practicality and science. Meals were delicious in a rich community of fellow learners. And dancing with the personal challenges that arose was fodder for inner exploration and personal shifts. Thank you, Sasha, Pam, Jesse, and the Vajra Vidya community, for the experience!<\/p>\n
