I truly hope you are super well.<\/p>\n

I just had my post-tonsillectomy surgery check and my doctor says that everything is healing nicely. It\u2019s been one hell of a week, but I don\u2019t need to tell you that; I\u2019m sure you remember your surgery. I have learned a lot about new pain thresholds for sure!<\/p>\n

The surgeon told me that he is glad I got my tonsils removed because not only were they filled with stones (which we obviously knew), they were also filled with PUS. GROOOOOOSSSS<\/p>\n

I walked out of that appointment today feeling like I was clean for the first time in my life. If I wasn\u2019t so f**king tired and hungry I would probably have danced around and announced my progress to everyone on the street, but that will have to wait for another day. Haha.<\/p>\n

What I however want to say with true sincerity is THANK YOU. So much of my adult life has been searching, searching, searching. With the Buteyko method, I felt instinctively it could change my life and even when I worked with that shit online school in the UK, I never strayed from my belief in the method despite feeling worse and then my path led me to YOU.<\/p>\n

One heck of a ride and many more ups and downs to come, but to be able to say that right now potentially for the first time in decades, I am NOT inflamed or infected is quite an amazing thing. Dr. Buteyko’s teaching about Chroniosepsis<\/a> created this change! Let\u2019s hope my teeth are ok ahhahaha! Although that won\u2019t hurt nearly as much as tonsils, I\u2019m sure!<\/p>\n

So let\u2019s see, my fungus may clear up quicker now too.<\/p>\n

I am grateful for your guidance, knowledge, compassion, and wisdom. I know it\u2019s taken you a hell of a lot to get to where you are now too. Thank you for sharing everything with us.<\/p>\n
